Returns & Refunds
This policy governs returns, withdrawal rights and refunds for purchases made on the FAR website.
Right of Withdrawal
If you purchase as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods, without having to provide any reason, in accordance with the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and applicable European consumer law.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase by means of a clear statement within the 14-day period.

Our customer service team will provide the necessary instructions to facilitate the return.
Return Deadline
After notifying us of your withdrawal, the goods must be returned without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw.
The deadline is met if the goods are sent back before the 14-day period has expired.
Return Shipping Costs
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated or agreed with FAR Srl.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and packaging suitable for protecting the goods during transport.
Condition of Returned Goods
The consumer may inspect and handle the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, in the same way as would normally be permitted in a physical store.
The customer may be responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Where reasonably possible, the product should be returned complete with its accessories, components, documentation and original packaging. Missing or damaged components may be taken into account when assessing any diminished value of the goods.
Refund
In the event of a valid withdrawal, FAR Srl will reimburse the payments received from the consumer, including the original delivery costs corresponding to the least expensive standard delivery method offered.
Any additional costs resulting from the customer's choice of a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery option will not be refunded.
The refund will be made within 14 days from the date on which FAR Srl is informed of the decision to withdraw. FAR Srl may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or until the customer provides evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective product, an item damaged during transport or an item different from the one ordered, please contact us promptly at info@far.it, providing your order number and, where possible, photographs or videos showing the issue.
Rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods are separate from the right of withdrawal and remain fully protected by the applicable legal guarantee of conformity.
For new goods purchased by consumers, the legal guarantee of conformity applies for 2 years from delivery, subject to the conditions provided by applicable law.
Where the defect or error is attributable to the seller and the conditions of the legal guarantee are met, the remedies provided by law are carried out at no cost to the consumer.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply where excluded by applicable law, including, by way of example:
- goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised;
- sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery;
- other cases expressly excluded by applicable law.
Business Purchases
The statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts applies to consumers. Purchases made by businesses, professionals or other parties acting for commercial or professional purposes are not covered by the consumer right of withdrawal, unless otherwise agreed with FAR Srl.
