This policy governs returns, withdrawal and refunds for purchases made on far-ecommerce.com. The mandatory rights granted to consumers remain unaffected in any case.
Right of withdrawal
If you buy as a consumer and none of the exceptions provided by law applies, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, send an explicit statement to info@far.it before the deadline, indicating if possible your order number, name, contact details and the products concerned. No particular wording is required, as long as the intention to withdraw is unequivocal.
Returning the goods
After notifying the withdrawal you must return the products without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of the notification.

We recommend adequate packaging and a trackable shipment. The original packaging, when available, makes handling the return easier, but its absence does not automatically mean losing the right of withdrawal.
Condition of the goods
You may handle the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, as you could reasonably do in a shop. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for that check. Please return the product complete with the accessories, components and manuals received.
Return costs
In case of withdrawal because you changed your mind, the direct cost of the return shipment is borne by the customer, unless FAR indicates otherwise. If instead the product is wrong, damaged on delivery or non-conforming and the return falls under the legal guarantee, the costs will be handled according to the applicable law and the instructions provided by FAR.
Refund
In case of valid withdrawal we will refund the price paid for the returned goods, without undue delay and within the terms set by law.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until the customer has supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier, in the cases allowed. Unless otherwise agreed, we will use the same means of payment used for the purchase.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases provided by law, including, where relevant, goods made to measure or clearly personalised and other categories expressly excluded by the regulations. Any exception applicable to a product will be indicated when necessary.
Defective, non-conforming or wrong products
Contact us as soon as possible at info@far.it, preferably attaching your order number, a description of the problem and useful photos. The request for prompt contact serves to speed up assistance and does not limit the legal guarantee of conformity or other mandatory rights.
Exchanges
For a different product, contact us before returning. Depending on the case we may arrange an exchange or ask you to return the original product and place a new order.
Professional/B2B orders
The 14-day right of withdrawal provided for consumers does not automatically apply to purchases made in the course of business or professional activity. B2B orders are subject to the agreed conditions and the relevant regulations.
