I entered my email on the website and received a code: why can't I see my prices?

You logged into the customer area of the website, which is for private customers and only shows orders placed here. Trade prices are in the B2B portal, with the credentials FAR gave you.

Who can get access to the B2B portal?

The portal is reserved for trade shops, workshops and distributors with a VAT number. Access is not automatic: the FAR office reviews every request and, if it approves it, contacts the company directly and sends the credentials.

Can I order from the website with a VAT number?

The website sells to private customers at retail prices. Dealer conditions (trade prices, bulk orders, area agent) are only available in the B2B portal.
