Before you choose. On the T-Max the original mirrors are fixed to the fairing. FAR OEM-equivalent mirrors, with the OEM code on the product page, take their place; to fit mirrors on the handlebar or at the handlebar ends (bar end) there are mounting kits, hole cover caps that close the seat of the original mirrors, and adapters for your generation. Left and right are as seen by the seated rider. Every product page has the compatibility table and states whether the product is homologated; Search by Motorcycle shows the same products by year.
T-Max 500 (2001-2011)
- Mirrors 2001-2007: black left and right; OEM-equivalent (OEM 5GJ-26280-10 / 5GJ-26290-10) left and right; carbon look left and right.
- Mirrors 2008-2011 (ABS too): OEM-equivalent (OEM 4B5-26280-00 / 4B5-26290-00) left and right; left and right.
- El Capitan mirrors 2001-2011: left and right, 10x1.25 mount with hole cover included.
- Handlebar mirrors, 2001-2011: kit with rigid plastic hole cover for mirrors with M8 or M10x1.25 thread; kit with soft rubber hole cover for M8 or M10x1.25. M8 and M10x1.25 refer to the thread of the mirror you fit on the handlebar.
- Bar end, 2008-2011: aluminium adapters C0105908 (external thread M16x1.5) and C0105922 (external M16x1.5, internal M8 for bar end mirrors with an M8 screw).
- Phone holder, 2001-2011: FAR Spin, dedicated to the T-Max 500 and 530.
T-Max 530 (2012-2019) and T-Max 560 (2020-2021)
- Mirrors 530 2012-2014: OEM-equivalent (OEM 59C-26280-00 / 59C-26290-00) left and right.
- Right mirror 530 2012-2019: right, direct fitting on the original mount.
- Mirrors 530 2017-2019 and 560 2020-2021: OEM-equivalent (OEM BC3-26280-00 / BC3-26290-00) left and right; carbon look left and right.
- Freeway complete pair (530 2012-2019 and 560 2020-2021): combo kit 7661, left + right, homologated.
- Handlebar mirrors (530 2012-2019 and 560 2020-2021): mounting kit left and right; kit with rubber hole cover with T-Max lettering and 10x1.25 mount left and right; the pair of hole cover caps on its own C0105852.
- Bar end: for the 530 2012-2019, adapters C0105908 and C0105922; for the 560 2020-2026, adapters C0105916VN.
- GP Kompozit clear touring windscreens for the 530: 52 cm (2012-2018) and 59 cm (2012-2017).
- Phone holder 530 2012-2019: FAR Spin. For the 560 2020-2021 there is currently no dedicated phone holder.
T-Max 560 and Tech Max (2022-2024)
- Mirrors: OEM-equivalent (OEM BBW-26280-00 / BBW-26290-00, Tech Max too) left and right; Ultraflat CNC from 2022 left and right; Dark Saber left and right, not homologated for road use.
- Complete pairs with hole cover caps included: combo kit 8071 for the handlebar; Super Viper 8072; Viper Machete CNC 8291; Tank 8073 and Prismatic 8074, these two not homologated. On the Tech Max, so that the mirrors do not touch the windscreen: instead of 8071 and 8072 there is 8071 TECH MAX; with 8073 and 8074 you also need the offset adapters 8090SX and 8090DX.
- To fit other mirrors: hole cover caps with screws left and right; for the Tech Max, offset adapters with fairing cap and spacers left and right, which move the mirror back.
- Bar end: Roadster mirror 7820TM (2022-2026) and adapters C0105916VN (2020-2026).
- Phone holder from 2022: 8020TMAX, only on handlebars with visible screws.
T-Max 560 and Tech Max (2025-2026)
- Mirrors: black Dark Saber left and right, not homologated for road use; Ultraflat CNC from 2022 left and right.
- Complete pairs with mounting parts: combo kit 8213 and premium combo kit 8214, homologated.
- To fit other mirrors: offset adapter kit with hole cover caps and screws 8210 (mirrors not included: the product page lists the models it is needed for); hole cover caps only, in plastic left and right or in CNC aluminium left and right.
- Bar end: Roadster mirror 7820TM (2022-2026) and adapters C0105916VN (2020-2026).
- Phone holder from 2022: 8020TMAX, only on handlebars with visible screws.
All generations (2001-2026)
- Sporting mirrors: left and right, homologated, for T-Max 500 2001-2011, 530 2012-2019 and 560 2020-2026; they come with T-Max screws but without hole cover caps: on the 560 2025-2026 we recommend 8205SX and 8205DX or the CNC versions.
- Pair of CNC aluminium sport mirrors: 8155-8156 for every T-Max 2001-2026, not homologated (track or display); here too, hole cover caps are recommended on the 560 2025-2026.
Turn signals: there are no dedicated indicators for the T-Max; the FAR turn signals are universal, with sizes and mounting stated on each product page.
Frequently asked questions
Which mirrors fit my T-Max?
It depends on the generation. The OEM-equivalent mirrors differ for the T-Max 500 2001-2007 and 2008-2011, the T-Max 530 2012-2014, the T-Max 530 2017-2019 together with the 560 2020-2021, and the T-Max 560 2022-2024; the Sporting mirrors 8157 and 8158 fit every generation. Do the T-Max mirrors screw into the handlebar?
No: as standard they are fixed to the fairing, so there is no handlebar thread to choose. To have handlebar mirrors you need the mounting kit and hole cover caps for your generation, or a complete kit with the mirrors, for example 8071 on the T-Max 560 2022-2024 or 8213 from 2025. For bar end mirrors there are dedicated adapters.
What are hole cover caps and when do I need them?
They close the seat of the original mirrors on the fairing when you remove them to fit handlebar or bar end mirrors. They are already included in kits 8071, 8071 TECH MAX, 8072, 8073, 8074 and 8291 (T-Max 560 2022-2024). With the Sporting mirrors 8157/8158 and the pair 8155-8156, on the T-Max 560 from 2025 caps 8205SX/8205DX or the CNC aluminium caps 8205SXCNC/8205DXCNC are recommended.
Which phone holder for the T-Max 500, 530 or 560?
For the T-Max 500 (2001-2011) and 530 (2012-2019), the FAR Spin 8236TMAX; for the T-Max 560 from 2022, the 8020TMAX phone holder, which only fits handlebars with visible screws. For the 2020-2021 T-Max 560 there is currently no dedicated phone holder.
Are the T-Max mirrors homologated?
Almost all of them: each mirror's product page states whether it is homologated for road use. Not homologated for road use: the Dark Saber 8275/8276 and 8277/8278, the Tank 8073 and Prismatic 8074 kits and the pair 8155-8156.
Is anything different on the Tech Max?
The original mirrors are the same as on the T-Max of the same generation; the windscreen is different. On the 560 2022-2024 with handlebar mirrors, choose kit 8071 TECH MAX or the offset adapters 8090SX/8090DX (needed with kits 8073 and 8074), which move the mirror back so it does not touch the windscreen; from 2025 the offset adapter kit 8210 moves the mirror back to avoid contact with the windscreen.
