  • FAR mirrors: LH and RH with M10x1.25 thread, homologated, for the V-Strom 650 from 2004 and the V-Strom 650 XT from 2015; they also fit the DL1000, Freewind and Moto Guzzi Quota.

How to choose

The V-Strom 650 changed its fairing in 2012: the windscreens for 2004-2011 and the one for 2012-2016 are different. The height depends on your build and how you ride: the 40 cm stays sporty, the 52 cm protects more on tours. Mirrors are sold one per side, as seen by the seated rider, with a standard thread on both. Search by Motorcycle shows the products by year.

Years and versions covered

The FAR mirrors are listed for the whole V-Strom 650 from 2004 and for the V-Strom 650 XT from 2015. Among the GP Kompozit items, six windscreens cover the first 2004-2011 series (40, 45 and 52 cm) and two the 2012-2016 series (51 cm), together with the headlight guard.
