This website is operated by FAR Srl. Throughout these Terms, “FAR”, “we”, “us”, “our” and “seller” refer to FAR Srl.
By accessing far-ecommerce.com, using its services or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to the policies and conditions referenced on the website.

2. Scope
These Terms govern the use of the website and the online sale of products offered by FAR Srl.
A “consumer” is a natural person purchasing for purposes outside their business, commercial, craft or professional activity. Mandatory consumer protection laws shall prevail over any conflicting provision of these Terms.
3. Use of the Website
Users agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable law. The website must not be used for fraudulent or unlawful activities, infringement of third-party rights, or activities that could compromise the security or operation of the website.
4. Products and Information
FAR Srl makes reasonable efforts to represent product characteristics, images, dimensions, colours, compatibility and technical information as accurately as possible.
Product images are illustrative. Minor differences in colour, finish or appearance resulting from displays, lighting, production updates or material characteristics do not necessarily constitute a defect or lack of conformity.
For parts and accessories intended for specific vehicles, customers should carefully verify the compatibility information shown on the product page before purchasing and contact FAR Srl in case of doubt.
5. Product Approval and Use
Where applicable, the product page indicates whether an item is approved for road use.
Products expressly identified as not road approved, “racing”, “race use only”, “track use” or similar are intended solely for the uses permitted by applicable law and must not be used on public roads where such use is not permitted.
It is the user's responsibility to verify compliance with the rules applicable to the vehicle and to the intended use of the product.
6. Prices
Prices displayed on the website are shown in the currency indicated during browsing and, for consumer sales within the European Union, include VAT where applicable.
Applicable shipping costs, duties, taxes or other charges are displayed, where possible, before the order is completed or are determined according to the shipping destination.
FAR Srl may change its prices at any time. Changes do not affect orders already concluded, except in the case of obvious material pricing errors, within the limits permitted by law.
7. Orders and Contract Formation
Product listings on the website constitute an invitation to place an order and do not constitute a binding offer by FAR Srl.
Orders are submitted by the customer through the checkout process. After submitting the order, the customer receives an electronic confirmation summarising it.
FAR Srl reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where permitted by law, for example in cases of product unavailability, obvious pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, payment issues or inability to fulfil the order.
If an order that has already been paid cannot be accepted or fulfilled, the amounts due will be refunded using the payment method used.
8. Availability
The availability shown on the website is updated periodically; however, in exceptional cases the quantities available may change between the time the website is consulted and the time the order is processed.
If one or more products turn out to be unavailable after the order has been placed, FAR Srl will inform the customer and, where possible, propose an alternative solution or refund the amounts relating to the unavailable products.
9. Payments
Payments may be made using the methods available through the Shopify checkout at the time the order is placed.
Electronic payment data is handled by the respective payment providers and by the systems provided by the Shopify platform. FAR Srl does not directly obtain full payment card details when such data is processed by the payment service provider.
10. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
Any processing or delivery times shown on the website are indicative, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly agreed or applicable law provides otherwise.
FAR Srl is not responsible for delays attributable to the carrier, customs checks, force majeure or other events beyond its reasonable control, without prejudice to the mandatory provisions of consumer protection law.

11. Right of Withdrawal
Customers purchasing as consumers have the right of withdrawal provided by applicable law and, in particular, by the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo).
Except where a statutory exception applies, consumers may communicate their decision to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.

12. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
Consumer rights relating to defective or non-conforming products remain fully protected by the legal guarantee provided by applicable law.
For new goods sold to consumers, the legal guarantee of conformity applies for the period provided by law, generally 2 years from delivery.
The right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee are separate: any limits applicable to withdrawal do not limit the rights arising from a defect or lack of conformity of the product.
13. Installation and Fitting
Products must be installed in accordance with their instructions, the technical characteristics of the product and the vehicle, and ordinary safety rules.
Where installation requires specific technical skills, FAR Srl recommends using professionally qualified personnel.
Before modifying, forcing, cutting, drilling or altering a product in case of fitting difficulties, we recommend contacting FAR customer support.
This is without prejudice to FAR Srl's liability for lack of conformity and in other cases where liability cannot be excluded or limited by law.
14. Customer Accounts
When a customer account is created, the user is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for keeping their login credentials confidential.
Customers are asked to inform FAR Srl promptly if they suspect unauthorised use of their account.
15. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, trademarks, logos, photographs, text, graphics, drawings, technical documentation and website content belong to FAR Srl or their respective owners and are protected by applicable law.
Reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use of the content without prior authorisation is prohibited, except as permitted by law.
16. Reviews and User Content
Where the website allows reviews, photographs, comments or other content to be submitted, the user warrants that they have the right to publish such content and that it is not unlawful, defamatory, misleading or infringing third-party rights.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by law, FAR Srl is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the product, installation not in accordance with the instructions, unauthorised modifications or uses incompatible with the product's intended purpose.
21. Force Majeure
FAR Srl shall not be liable for delays in or inability to perform its obligations resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
Such events may include, by way of example, natural disasters, serious transport disruptions, strikes, public authority measures, wars, epidemics, interruptions of telecommunications or other extraordinary events beyond FAR Srl's reasonable control.
22. Business Purchases
The provisions specifically established by consumer protection law, including the right of withdrawal for distance contracts, apply only where the buyer acts as a consumer.
Purchases made by businesses, professionals or parties acting in the course of their economic activity are governed by the rules applicable to business-to-business relationships and by any commercial terms specifically agreed.
23. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the consumer's right to benefit from the mandatory protections provided by the law of the country of their habitual residence, where applicable.
For disputes with a consumer, the competent court shall be determined in accordance with the applicable mandatory rules and, in particular, where provided, shall be the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile.
For relationships with parties who are not consumers, unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions or agreed in writing between the parties, the competent court shall be the one provided for by applicable law.
24. Changes to These Terms
FAR Srl may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, organisational or commercial changes.
The version applicable to a purchase is the version in force when the order is placed, unless changes are required by law.
25. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is declared invalid, ineffective or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to have effect to the extent permitted by law.
