How to request a return or assistance. Write to info@far.it stating, where possible, your name, order number and the products concerned. In case of a defect or non-conformity, attach photos or videos useful for verification: we will give you instructions for assistance or return.
Return costs. In case of withdrawal for change of mind, the direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer, unless otherwise indicated by FAR. For wrong products, products damaged on delivery or non-conforming products, the protections of the legal guarantee and the instructions provided by FAR apply instead.
Condition of the goods. You may handle the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. The customer is liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for such verification.
