How to choose. The dedicated mirrors have an M8 mount; to use a mirror with an M10x1.25 thread you need the special kit. Pay attention to homologation: 6 items are homologated, namely the basic black and chrome versions and the Buell fairing mirrors, while 10 versions, including those with sequential LED, LED turn signal, Custom and 5-layer chrome, are not approved for road use and are intended for track or racing. Are the mirrors sold individually?
Yes, each mirror is sold for one side, left or right: the collection has 8 per side. To replace the pair, order both sides in the same finish.
Which mount do I need and how are they fitted?
The product page states the mount, M8 for the dedicated mirrors. The special kit 0795 lets you fit mirrors with an M10x1.25 thread on bikes that require an M8 mount; the fairing mirrors for the Buell Firebolt XB are fixed with M6 screws.
