Come richiedere il reso o l'assistenza. La preghiamo di inviare una e-mail all'indirizzo info@far.it indicando: il nominativo dell'intestatario dell'ordine, il numero dell'ordine e, in caso di difetto, eventuali foto o video del prodotto utili a farci comprendere con precisione la problematica. Le forniremo le istruzioni per la restituzione.
Spese di reso a carico del cliente. Come previsto dalla normativa vigente (art. 57 del Codice del Consumo), i costi diretti di restituzione del prodotto in caso di recesso sono interamente a carico del cliente. La merce viaggia sotto la responsabilità del mittente fino alla consegna presso i nostri magazzini: consigliamo pertanto una spedizione tracciabile e un imballo adeguato a proteggere il prodotto durante il trasporto.
Condizioni per l'accettazione del reso. Il prodotto deve essere restituito integro, non montato e non utilizzato, completo di ogni sua parte e accessorio, nella confezione originale e con eventuali etichette, sigilli e manualistica. Il cliente è responsabile della diminuzione di valore del bene derivante da manipolazioni diverse da quelle necessarie a stabilirne natura, caratteristiche e funzionamento.
Difficoltà di montaggio? È necessario contattarci PRIMA di procedere. Qualora riscontraste difficoltà nel montaggio dei nostri prodotti, vi invitiamo a contattarci prima di qualsiasi tentativo, così da ricevere assistenza al montaggio o, se necessario, avviare la procedura di reso. Qualora il prodotto venga danneggiato durante il tentativo di montaggio in qualunque modo, risulti montato o utilizzato, oppure vengano segnalati componenti mancanti dopo l'apertura della confezione, non potrà essere riconosciuto alcun tipo di rimborso.
Modalità di rimborso. Una volta ricevuto il reso e verificata l'integrità del prodotto, il rimborso verrà effettuato entro 14 giorni con lo stesso mezzo di pagamento utilizzato per l'acquisto. FAR si riserva di trattenere il rimborso fino all'effettivo ricevimento della merce.
Acquisti con Partita IVA. Il diritto di recesso è riservato ai consumatori. Gli acquisti effettuati da soggetti titolari di Partita IVA nell'ambito della propria attività professionale non danno diritto al recesso ordinario previsto per i consumatori.
